How do I get started?

Tap Continue with Google and choose the Google account that owns your forms. Formz asks for permission to edit your forms, read their responses, and work with the Drive files you use in Formz. To look around first, tap Explore the demo; demo changes aren't saved.

Which forms appear in My forms?

Forms you create in Formz, forms you choose from Google Drive, and forms you open from a link. Formz uses Google's per-file permission, so it can't see the rest of your Drive. To add other forms, tap +, then Choose from Google Drive or Paste a form link.

Why won't a form link open?

Paste the form's editor link, the address you see when editing it in Google Forms (docs.google.com/forms/d/…/edit). You need edit access to the form with the Google account you signed in with.

Links you send to respondents (forms.gle/… or links containing /d/e/) only let people fill in the form, so Formz can't open them. If the form belongs to someone else, ask the owner to add you as an editor.

How do I add a form from Google Drive?

Tap +, then Choose from Google Drive, and pick one or more forms. On Android, Formz uses the Google account on your phone; if Google Drive doesn't open, add the account in Android Settings → Accounts and try again.

When are my changes saved?

Edits stay on your phone until you tap Save. Then they're saved to Google Forms and appear everywhere you use it. If you leave a form with unsaved changes, Formz asks before discarding them.

Can I edit everything Google Forms can?

Formz edits the most common question types, titles, descriptions, and required settings. Some features, such as sections and branching logic, aren't editable in Formz yet. Open the form in Google Forms from Form actions → Open in Google Forms; Formz keeps what it doesn't edit.

How do I share a form and see responses?

Tap the share button in a form to publish it and send the link. Open the Responses tab to see charts and individual answers.

Why do I see "Reconnect Google"?

Formz needs your permission again, for example after you removed its access in your Google Account or a permission expired. Open Settings → Reconnect Google and approve access.

How do I delete my account?

In Formz, open Settings → Delete account and confirm. This deletes your Formz account, signs you out, revokes Formz's access to your Google account, and removes the form links Formz saved for you. Your forms, responses, and Drive files stay in your Google account.

If you can't open the app, email formz@x-tech.io from the email address of your Google account and ask us to delete your Formz account. You can also remove Formz's access in your Google Account permissions.

Is Formz free?

Yes. Formz is free, with no ads.
